Say No To Bullying!

The Girl you just called fat? She has lost over 30lbs.
The Boy you just called stupid? He has a learning disability & studies for 4 hours every night.
The Girl you just called ugly? She spends hours putting makeup on hoping people will like her.
The Boy you just tripped? He is abused enough at home.

As Converse Nerd's idea (You can visit the blog HERE :D) , we can all make a difference! Not by judging a book by it's cover...but in a more humanly way...You get me, yeah? Anyway, bullying is not the time of most people's life! Sorry that was stupid, I was listening to Mama Mia and couldn't think of a word so I got that from Dancing Queen XD . But back to the point. Bullying is not acceptable and has been dangerously continuing for hundreds of years!

Don't Go Chasing Your Emotions (again. I got that from
You can stop this by copying the text above and putting it on your blog!
So come on ;D
Spread the word baby!
I may sound practical but I am serious about this!
Woah. Why too much exclamation marks O.O
Do you know what my fave phrase it?
No seriously it's good :D

Catch a falling star and put it in your pocket.
Never let it fade away...

I love it! But it's from a song... from Princess Diaries *sheepish grin*
Well, G2G
Cya!

Netball Match & Tangled :D

So.....you are probably wandering how my netball match today went. It was SOOO much fun! I was bench for the first quarter, but for the other three quarters I played Goal Attack, which is my absolute FAVOURITE position! No, we didn't win but who cares! Sorry, if you don't play netball this must sound very confusing to you, but netball is a VERY fun game. It keeps you active.
Every Thursday, all the under 16s netballers walk from school to the netball courts, stopping at the corner shop to buy chips. Then the training begins. Training is....well, it gets you tired. Unless of course on the way to training you also stop to buy eight Sour Strips, which gives you enough sugar-energy (AKA Hyperness).
This is random but don't you think Tangled is actually a good movie? You know I had no idea. Rapunzel and the frying pan. Lol XD Hey that reminds me! I might be creating a new blog... which is absolutely a waste of time. Nevermind. Well, I was going to create two blogs named girlwiththefryingpan.blogspot.com & cookieninjas.blogspot.com. But hey, maybe I will. They're both available blog names. Cookie ninja & Ninja Cookies was a blog I always dreamt of naming my blog...5 years ago... Cookie was one of my old nicknames.
So anyway, should I?

Flying...

Today I rode to and from school on my bike. It felt so wonderful, going at full speed with the wind blowing my hair back and opening my eyes. Maybe this is what flying feels like. I got home in a record of 13 minutes, when usually it takes me 20. That meant I had a few extra minutes of free time to read, write or listen to music. My lovely friend M has let me burn her Taylor Swift CD. I was actually gonna buy it. Good thing I didn't. :)

Ok, I'm gonna put the positive thing o pause for a bit, and moan a bit about something I got on Friday. Sorry, I hope you don't mind. Don't read on if you do. Anyway, on Wednesday I got....braces. Yes, it is true. And oh, it is so very horrible! It hurts very very much and I can't bite anything at all! Waaaa. I think it's a bit long for them to still be hurting. My friends say they look fine and the pain will go away, but it is hard to believe them. Also, I am not allowed lollies. Like, AT ALL. Which is sad, as I am such a sweet tooth. Oh well. Do any of my readers have braces? If so, please tell me about them!

Oh, and also on Sunday I'm playing netball  and hockey against Buleen so wish me luck!!!

Mornington Peninsula Holiday

Yeah, I know. REALLY unique and imaginative title. Wow. Anyway, on Monday my family and I drove to Mornington Penisula for a mini-holiday (four days). It was-get ready- a 5 HOUR DRIVE!!! Yeah, I was bored, but luckly no one threw up. Mornington Peninsula is this beautiful place by the sea (it was too cold to swim. Face it people- it's Autumn ). We rented a really beautiful holiday house, and my little (well, not so little) cousin was especially happy because it had a PlayStation.
On the first day we just walked around and then had dinner at a restaurant. On the second day we took a boat to Queenscliff and enjoyed the day there. On the third day we took a walk on some of the beaches. On the last day (my birthdayy - I turned...14!) I went down to the beach and collected a HEAP of white shells. I'll tell you what I'm gonna do with them later...
Actually, we went to the beach EVERY day. On one of the days we saw... a seal! A wild one, right under the pier! It was SOOOO cute! Unfortunately, I forgot to bring my camera, so I couldn't take a picture (stop boo-ing!) so I got this pic of the Internet.
Well, I hope you enjoyed my report on my holiday! Please do comment!
Oh yeah! I've decided not to have a Coraline blog. So sorry!

Writing First Aid Kit

Today, I learnt something. Before washing the windows, it's a good idea to do some shoulder stretches....or you might get too excited and pull a muscle...*sheepish grin*.

Apart from reading, I also REALLY like...writing!!! What else would I do with all my Smiggle stationary? About three years ago, I got a really good book called 'Juicy Writing' by Brigid Lowry. It's like a writing first aid kit. It tells you how to write a bestseller, and how to make your writing exciting and wow-tastic. It also has inspirational quotes, techniques, and what to do when you get stuck. I recomend it to all would-be-writers out there!
Oh, and also on Sunday (tomorrow) we're playing netball against the other town so wish me luck!!!

The Mad Hatter: Have I gone mad?
Alice Kingsley: I’m afraid so. You’re entirely bonkers. But I’ll tell you a secret. All the best people are.

-Alice in Wonderland

LOL ♥

Ta for now!
P.s Yay!!!! My 20th post and 26 followers! So happy! I love you guys so much! I also added so gadgets so you peeps can chillout while you comment out. Ehehehehe... There's time, the red button, blogerversory (I added that ages ago though), a Cbox (Chat box) ,ebuddy messenger and Tetris! Lol. My blog is starting to look very TACKY by the second.

May the fourth be with you...even though it's not the fourth of may

Hi Y'all!
Sorry, my friend and her sister have been saying that a lot lately, so it got stuck in my head. Speaking of apologies, I am SO sorry I haven't blogged and commented on any of your blogs in ages! Life has been extra busy lately. So. What's been happening?
I have officially read EVERY single book by Cathy Cassidy! Well actually last year...Woop-woop! I think I will have an extra couple of ANZAC biscuits to celebrate! Even though ANZAC day is over, but still. ANZAC biscuits are really very nice. You should try some.
Also in school today our teacher put up a picture on the Smart Board (y'know, them interactive whiteboards. They're like a massive touch-screen) and told us to write a short story about the picture. Also he put on a Good Charlotte song and told us to write whatever comes into our heads when we hear this song. I like this kind of writing. What I don't like is when the teachers say, " I'll give you ten minutes to write a masterpiece with the last sentence being 'And then we all drove back home with the lobster sitting in the front seat'. Go." I mean, first of all, what kind of ending is that? And how are we supposed to write a masterpiece in ten minutes? I just don't get it.
I know this is random but don't you just love Diva? You know...that jewellery store? Okay well, they sell really cool necklaces and earrings...etc? Like today, I went over to the nearest shop and bought a cupcake necklace and this really cool watch that looks exactly like the White Rabbit scurries around with in 'Alice in Wonderland'. Except that the watch isn't gold...I'll upload the photo later on. Anyway, you can visit the site here and check out the latest stuff... diva.net.au♥ It's originally aussie but you can always make an account even if your not an australian to shop online.
I also love bookstores. Normally, when I go there, a notepad and pencil tags along with me so I can copy down the books that hook you in from the start or something.
Cya'll later!
